The NEW SPIN on TRAVEL!

After decades of thinking about travel the 'FAST and EASY' way, I thought "there has to be another way to think about traveling that doesn't just throw millions of tourists into the same Top 10 travel sites." I hate crowds, and even worse, long lines!

Read on to how this works.

Rome Spinner Board

"Genius! Where were these when we were hosting retreats in Italy?"

- Jack canfield,
author of the beloved "Chicken soup for the soul" series

Welcome to Your New Travel Spinner Board

Here's how the Spinner Boards Work...

Step 1

Simply Spin the Spinner to land on a Site. Notice that they are bundled by Category.

Now, take a look at the Number in Red.

Step 2

Flip the Board over to find the Map of the City. Find your Number from the front of the Board. This will show you where in the city that site is located. You can stop here, but...

Step 3

If you have my Book for that city, that Red Number from the Spinner Board corresponds to the Page Number in the Book! This is an insanely great way to plan your days in Italy!

WHY do we need a Change?

You've seen the terms. All of the Travel Guides use them:
"Top 10 Sites in_____, 3 Days in_____, Off the Beaten Path, Cheapest/fastest Ways to See ______," and so forth.

The most popular destinations in the world feel trampled. They feel that tourists don't come to learn about their culture, they simply want to eat and drink their way through their vacation, then leave. Some cities get tens of millions of visitors year after year after year! It's easy to see why THEY would like a change!

And doing 4 countries in 5 days seems kind of, well... blind.

After decades of huge travel companies and guides teaching us all to do travel the same way, it seems time to re-think the way we see traveling.

How to do it Differently

After 20 years of NOT traveling like a tourist, I am often asked how people can travel differently. Deeper. How they can avoid the long lines, over-priced food, and to see the destinations clearer.

My answer is simple: Go slower, and don't do what everyone else is doing. "But how," they ask, "when all the guides and books are doing the same thing?"

This conversation stumped me, until I came upon the incredibly simple answer of the Spinner Board that would link directly to the pages in my books! eh voila!

Enter Spinner Boards
the Solution is PERFECT!

My Spinner Boards aren't expensive. At $8.95, they  will show you not the Top 10 Sites, but 101 Sites in Rome, 101 Sites in Florence, and 101 Sites in Venice!

It's like a game:

  • Not sure how to begin in a new city? Spin it!
  • Seen all the Big sites and now want more? Spin it!
  • Want just the sites in certain Categories? Spin it!
  • Want to involve your KIDS in your Vacation? Spin it!
  • Want to LEARN about your Destination? Spin it!

Does anything else
go with them?

You bet! I have created a set of never-before-seen goodies for each city.

FunBOOKS

For example, each city has a FUNBOOK full of games and puzzles about that city. These are great for the plane, train, and hotel room.

Day Planners (secretly disguised as Book Marks)

These nifty little goodies have nearly 100 sticky notes in 7 different colors, one for each day of the week. Simply stick them in the pages of the book for the days which you want to enjoy a specific site or activity. All the size of a bookmark. And some of them may come with a handy Bottle Opener disguised as a KEY to the City!

Wine Disks

In many of the finest restaurants in Italy, the maître d' will pour your wine with a funny little funnel at the end of the bottle. They keep the bottle from dripping wine on the customer or the table. A useful and handy little thing at your own table!

So you see, in addition to my Books and Spinner Boards, your trip to Italy will deeper, slower, and smarter than all the rest!

Happy travels!

Now I would like to share them with you.
